Sub Tropical Storm Alpha classified!
The Weather Situation
NHC must be going for a record. A very small tropical system was classified by before landfall on the coast of Portugal

As of 4:30 PM GMT Alpha was centered at 39.9 N / 9.3 W or about 75 miles north of Lisbon, Portugal. It was moving NE 17 mph. Officially top sustained winds are estimated at 40 mph. Pressure was estimated at 999 hPa (mb).
Tropical Weather Forecast:
Alpha is going to be declassified over Portugal right after being named.
