Monday Late Afternoon Update

Vicky weakening

The Weather Situation
TD 21 was classified early today and will likely be called a depression then extratropical within 24 hours. The low center is exposed from wind shear and it is doubtful that Vicky is a tropical storm any longer. I suspect winds are in the 35-40 mph range.
