Fabio not a threat to Mexico either
The Weather Situation
Fabio as with the previous few tropical cyclones west of Mexico will not pose a threat to Mexico.
Current Tropical Weather
As of 3 AM MDT Tropical Storm Carlotta was centered at 11.6 N / 106.4 W or 530 miles SSW of Manzanillo, Mexico. It was moving WNW at 13 mph. Top sustained winds are estimated at 40 mph. Pressure was estimated at 1003 mb.
Tropical Weather Forecast:
Fabio will be under favorable strengthening conditions through about midweek. Thereafter it will move over colder water and gradually weaken well west of Mexico.
