Texas drought

I looked at the drought monitor and it has most of Texas and Oklahoma at the highest level - exceptional drought!

Typically tropical cyclones are needed to break a drought this extremely. They need a weak one in intensity but with a few inches of rain.... too much rain would cause flash flooding!
