We visited Discovery Cove about four years ago. It is expensive, but is worth doing if you have the extra money. You can opt for swimming with the dolphins or just snorkeling. I believe that there is an age limit for how young a child can be to swim with the dolphins, so check before booking. It is definitely an unforgetable experience. They also limit the number of people in the park so you never feel over crowded.

Does anyone know if is too cold to swim during April? I know that Florida is warm, but is the water warm enough to be worth my time?
