Mornday Morning Update

Low near Bermuda

The Weather Situation:
An upper air low is over Bermuda. It appears to be taking on tropical characteristics with banding developing. Right now the hurricane center only has a 20% chance for development. It appears that the chance should be at least 50% with models showing a low forming and moving north.
