Friday Night Update
Melissa east of the Mid-Atlantic
The Weather Situation
No update is being written as I do not believe that Melissa is a subtropical storm. Instead, I believe it is still better classified as a Nor'easter. Heavy surf and coastal flooding will gradually subside.
