Wednesday Midday Update
The latest satellite imagery suggests that Ingrid is still holding on. The circulation center is about 275 miles north of the Virgin Islands. The center of circulation is void of convection, but heavy convection has reappeared on the eastern side of the circulation.
Ingrid is still fighting strong wind shear from a trough to the west. We will keep an eye on the situation since Ingrid has not been destroyed yet.
