Tropical Disturbance well west of Mexico

Post by Tropical Inspector »

A tropical disturbance or possible tropical depression is centered near 11 N / 121 W in the ITCZ. It appears to have a small circulation. Right now it is in "no mans land" well west of Mexico and well east southeast of Hawaii. It may eventually need to be looked at by CPHC but chances are that it will simply weaken.
