Still a little far out. It's tough hoping the forecast won't change before then. BTW, Nice Big dog pic!

Hehe!

Big dog lost all of his bark last weekend. I am quite shocked the Euro did so horrible. It usually has been decent in the long run. Interesting storm possible Christmas.

Ugh this has been an extra horrible year for the models.

Euro and GGEM show a big event while the GFS remains stubborn with nothing.

Well, it looks like the last forecast was right! NYC had about 20" of snow. You're right, the forecasts have been horrible this season!

I'm actually pretty shocked myself that the forecasts were as accurate as they were. Perhaps it was because the evidence was in plain sight? I don't know. All I know is that it's completely disastrous in NYC. It isn't so much the weather as much as it's the lack of communication. Cars are stuck, people can't get out of their houses and no one is doing anything about it.

Of course, that's a different story for a different time. This is a tropics forum. :mrgreen:
