severe weather for the plains april 22/23
It looks likes a strong storm will be moving into the central plains in several days. This looks to be a decent severe set up. Just curious if there is anyone on this board that chases.

I have never chased in the plains, but I've read online that some chasers are excited about this next storm.

I read another blog that talked about this too. There may be severe weather in the southeast on the 24th.

This looks to be the first major severe outbreak of the season. A strong cold front will move out of the Rockies and head east. Severe is the Plains the first few days, then the Mississippi Valley and Southeast by Saturday or Saturday night.

Will any of this rough weather move into eastern North Carolina? I have heard of a chance of rain, but not much on severe weather from the local weather.

It looks like a rough day in the Southeast. High risk of severe weather with tornadoes. Sunday may bring some severe storms to the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast coast. Stay safe!Mr. B wrote:Will any of this rough weather move into eastern North Carolina? I have heard of a chance of rain, but not much on severe weather from the local weather.

Rain moving through Chattanooga with storms. Looks like the bad stuff will get here later today.

At least 10 people are dead from the tornado in Mississippi. It looks like a supercell that kept producing tornadoes from central Mississippi to northern Alabama.
