Mid-Atlantic snowstorm.... again! February 9-10

Post by Florida Beach Gal » Mon Feb 08, 2010 5:13 pm

This next snowstorm will affect the Northeast in more of the traditional way....a bona-fide Nor'easter. Baltimore, Washington D.C. and Philadelphia will get snow like last time, but so will New York and Boston. Winds will be strong, especially on the coast. This looks like another 6-12" of snow. What a winter so far for the Mid-Atlantic! There will be a little wrap around snow in eastern Virginia and North Carolina on Wednesday, but nothing compared to a little farther north!

Martin, at least you all have had some snow this season, and a good storm at that. :happlyblue: Here in ATL we have had only 1/2" of snow during this "cold" winter.

The whole state of Maryland has a blizzard warning! It's has been snowing hard and we're expected to get another 12-18". :chairhit: I've had enough of it. Can't shovel it because of the wind and there's no place to put it. The stores are out of snow blowers and shovels! This will be the all time snowiest winter for a lot of Maryland! The Kittys hate this too :!: :cat: :cat:
